Besides their individual powers, you can combine them. Your birth sign also has stones that are connected especially to help you.
All precious and semiprecious stones, minerals and metals are believed to be empowered with certain abilities to help or hinder the wearer. Through the ages some stones have become well known for certain powers. Other stones are known for multiple powers or like quartz crystal to help magnify or enhance other stones' powers. Still some stones are used for the same powers, probably because not all stones were in each area, local people using what they had available. They are still beautiful, and using them only enhances jewelry. The basic rule is: use what you like!
